Japanese Driver With no Manners or Concern for the Safety of Others

While returning home from the river on my bicycle, my life was threatened by an idiot Japanese driver who also threatened the safety of a driver and the life of a pedestrian in the oncoming lane. Japanese law requires bicyclists to use the road. This idiot seems to think only cars are allowed on the road. A car is not faster than a bicycle on surface streets in the city. It is never far to a red light. Drivers should not assume that bicyclists are not recording. Dashcams are inexpensive and battery powered and can shoot front and rear video. Unfortunately, Japanese police are lazy and useless. Even if they see this video, they won't take any action until someone is injured or killed.
