Golden Order Flail Invasions | Elden Ring PvP

This is a pretty interesting weapon, or more specifically the ash of war is what's interesting. It actually requires that you take damage to get the most out of it, this also includes the chip damage you take from blocking with a non-100% resistance shield. So, I decided to pair the weapon with the Icon Shield because it's built in health regen along with the blessed dew talisman will help mitigate the chip damage I take through blocking. Now technically the Lordsworn Shield costs less stats to wield and has slightly better guard boost, but it has no regen and aesthetically doesn't look as good with my fashion, which is important! I'm also using the deflecting hardtear to help reduce stamina loss on quick guarding and because the guard counter on flails is decent enough. Keep in mind though that the active frames on the quick block will give the shield 100% physical absorption, meaning that quick guarding a non-elemental weapon will NOT create chip damage to contribute to charging up your L2 holy nuke. Just something to keep in mind when dealing with completely physical weapons, go for a held block in those instances instead, just mind your stamina. Also, I originally wanted to do a video on this weapon much sooner, but Fromsoft in their infinite wisdom decided to let us purchase content that would be completely inaccessible to anyone who has already beaten Maliketh with no alternative means of getting it. Very cool, but I at least finally managed to have someone give it to me. #eldenring #eldenringpvp #eldenringinvasions #eldenringgameplay #eldenringclips #eldenringdlc #eldenringshadowoftheerdtree #shadowoftheerdtree #eldenringtarnishededition #fromsoftware #fromsoft #fromsoftwaregames #fromsoftwareinc Music used: Ripple Star - Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards - Greenpath - Hollow Knight - Moldarach/Koloktos Battle - The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword - Chaos Island Act 2 - Sonic x Shadow Generations - Castella Overworld Encounter - Phoenotopia Awakening
