Rail Around New South Wales - December 2018

In this issue we witness the Choo Choo Festival at Australia's Technology Park in Redfern and then we head to Melbourne to see R761 on a SteamRail Victoria private charter to Castlemaine. Then we witness the return of MAAS' 3265 into steam as it pulls trains from Thirlmere to Buxton and to conclude the NSW steam season for 2018, we celebrate the 100th anniversary of the South Maitland Railway and the 125th of the first train to East Greta colliery at East Greta.
