I Played Small — Until I Didn't

I spent years staying quiet and playing small. A label from childhood stuck with me, and I let an old picture of me decide who I was. Then I started doing the inner work — breathwork, meditation, learning to observe a thought instead of absorbing it. One slow breath in through my nose, one long breath out through my mouth, and one different choice at a time. If you're still playing small, this one's for you.
