Handpan to Help You Sleep | Deep Relaxation in the Bavarian Forest | Kranich im Froschmaul

Take a walk with me! I am carrying my handpan to a very special place called "Froschmaul" My Intention today is simple: I want to make you feel sleepy. This is for helping you falling asleep. For this session I deliberatly played softer, slower and smoother patterns and I am not sticking to typical Pop/Western 4 chord based melodies to really help you to drift off. The Froschmaul is one of those places where I personally feel a deep sense of calm. The rock provides shade on hot summer days and shelter from rain and wind when the weather gets rough. Sitting there, surrounded by the forest, I instantly forget how much noise and movement there usually is around us.. While playing there I wondered: How long has it been since someone came here simply to make music? I am sure many many years ago someone sat here too, playing the drum. And surely a flute. People must have spent nights, maybe even winters here. You can feel it in this place. but Well... who knows All I know that I came here to play this little session for you So make yourself comfortable, put on headphones or grab your favourite speakers, Close your eyes, Take a few slow breaths And besides that: Nothing You dont have to do anything. Just listen and enjoy! And if you happen to fall asleep somewhere along the video then the session has done exactly what it was supposed to.
