EVEREST BASE CAMP TREK DAY 4 (It Snowed on Us)

Today we have a short hike from Dole to Machermo. It should only take about 3 hours with 3 miles of trekking. If we are feeling up for it we can continue on another 3 hours to Gokyo, but then you risk getting altitude sickness.
