En tur med Beyond ATC fra Kastrup til Aalborg. Da jeg optog turen, var det ikke planen at udgive videoen. Men der var flere interessante ting ved Beyond ATC under turen, så selvom jeg ikke var så opmærksom på alt undervejs besluttede jeg at udgive turen. HUSK at benytte open climb og open descent når ATC beder os om ny højde. The aircraft manufacturers always recommend such operations. However, the ATC might sometimes require you to level out at intermediate altitudes or probably maintain different speeds & rate of climb/descent to adjust with other traffic in the vicinity. In such cases, the pilot selects the desired values for the aircraft to maintain. Such operations are referred to as Open Climb or Open Descent wherein the aircraft is not maintaining the optimum climb and descent rates.
