Boyfriend Proposes to Newly Appointed Deputy Sheriff at Graduation

Kaitlyn Cowell just became a Deputy Sheriff for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department but she had no idea that she would get engaged on the same day. Her boyfriend, fellow newly appointed Deputy Sheriff Andrew McCorkle, proposed to his girlfriend right after the ceremony.
