the tragedy of silencing yourself

I am once again using YouTube as a way to express myself and let go of my thoughts 🖤 I’m getting closer to being 30 and I am reflecting on the past and how I neglected myself and silenced myself to comfort others. I am finally growing out of this mindset 🖤 thank you to anyone who watched 🫶🏻 come with me on this journey to growth and expansion! #mentalhealth #growthmindset #newyoutuber #youtube #alternative #gothic #poetry #poeticjustice
