8 Rabi ul Awwal: Chup Tazia Ka Jaloos Kyun Kehte Hain?
[00:00] - 8 Rabi ul Awwal Procession: At the end of the mourning days of Muharram and Safar, the main procession takes place on 8 Rabi ul Awwal, which announces the end of the mourning days.
[00:16] - Concept of Umaris and Taazis: Umaris, ilm and taazis are taken out in this procession, which refresh the painful memory of the return of the Ahlul Bayt (a.s.) to Medina after the tragedy of Karbala.
[00:44] - Silence and silent taazi: The most special thing about this procession is its silence and simplicity, which is adopted as an expression of grief over the martyrdom of Imam Hassan Askari (a.s.).
[00:52] - Why is it called "silent taazi"?:
The day of 8 Rabi ul Awwal is associated with the martyrdom of the 11th Imam, Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (a.s.)
During this period, due to government restrictions and harsh conditions, the lovers of the Ahl al-Bayt (a.s.), and especially Imam Mahdi (a.s.), wept and mourned in silence over the martyrdom of their father.
For this reason, this procession is called "Chup Ta'ziyya" or "Khamush Azadari".
[02:16] - Noha Khani: The last part of the video includes silent mourning and lamentation over the sufferings of the Ahl al-Bayt (a.s.).
