Thundercrash | Cut Song Demo | Little Shop of Horrors

Here is a previously unreleased demo to "Thundercrash," with lyrics by Howard Ashman, music by Alan Menken, and vocals provided by a currently unknown performer. Written early on during pre-production of the 1986 film adaptation of Little Shop of Horrors, the song is included in multiple 1984 drafts of the screenplay written by Howard, taking place after "Somewhere That's Green," showing Seymour's rising fame. By the time of the film's production, the number was replaced by "Some Fun Now" (based on the musical's "Ya Never Know"). #littleshopofhorrors #howardashman #alanmenken
