SCANG F-16 Fighter Jets Depart For South Korea

F-16 fighter jet pilots and crew members from the South Carolina Air National Guard (SCANG) prep and launch, headed to Osan Air Base, South Korea for a U.S. Pacific Command Theater Security Package (TSP) deployment. The 169th Fighter Wing jets launched from McEntire Joint National Guard Base on July 11, 2016. Approximately 300 Airmen and 12 F-16 Fighting Falcons will form the 157th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron while deployed.
