Galway in Objects: Shawls

Galway in Objects: Shawls Dan Coughlan, Curator of Textiles at Paisley Museum, talks about shawls and looks at examples from the collections of Galway City Museum, including a turnover shawl with a harlequin border from the 1820s and two 'Galway shawls' from the late nineteenth or early twentieth century. This film was created by Galway City Museum as part of its Galway in Objects project, which has been funded by Creative Ireland through Galway City Council.
