Cooking Our Garden Harvest Over a Wood Fire | Persian Mirza Ghasemi 🔥

After harvesting fresh vegetables and herbs from our garden, it was time to turn them into a simple Persian meal. 🌿🔥 Today, we’re cooking Mirza Ghasemi, a traditional Persian dish made with roasted eggplant, tomatoes, and garlic, along with a fresh Shirazi salad made with vegetables and herbs from our garden. We picked fresh basil and green onions from the garden, watched the ducks and chickens wandering around, and even had a beautiful blue butterfly visit the basil. 🦋 Then came the fire… 🔥 As the eggplants and tomatoes hit the flames, the fire suddenly rose into the air, making this quiet garden day even more memorable. At the end of the day, we enjoyed our homemade meal with a glass of tea brewed over the wood fire. A simple meal, made from what we grew ourselves.
