Today we reveal the first result of our lightweight cement planter experiment. We tested different handmade cement planter designs using different wall thicknesses and fiberglass reinforcement to find out which one survives without cracks. Some plain cement planters developed hairline cracks, while the lightweight fiberglass planters remained strong. This is only the beginning of our research, and in the coming videos we'll continue testing new materials like wood dust and other natural fibers to build stronger, lighter handcrafted concrete planters.
