Gaan Pakhider Basha Episode 2 | Shayan Sinha (Babui) | Titas Bhromor Sen | Sharodiya Special

Welcoming the incredibly gifted Babui Pakhi to our Gaan Pakhider Basha. ❤️ Some artists you admire for their craft. And then there are those you have the privilege of witnessing from close quarters — watching them grow into their music, unlearn, discover, refine, and surrender to the things that make them who they are. Babui is one such person. A multi-instrumentalist, singer, and music practitioner whose journey I have watched with immense affection, whose evolving taste, rigour, and capacity for absorption have been as beautiful to witness as the music itself. His music comes from a deeply inward place — from the long, often solitary conversations one has with oneself, with the world, and with everything that refuses to settle into easy answers. In recent times, he has been travelling across the country and collaborating with artists from across the world, exploring sounds, traditions, and possibilities that stretch far beyond familiar boundaries. In this episode, we sit down for an unguarded conversation about art, society, politics, and the many things that shape the artist and the human being beneath the music. Some conversations are special because of what is said. Others, because of the person sitting across from you. This one is both. Come, spend some time with us at Gaan Pakhider Basha. 🐦 #GaanPakhiderBasha #TitasBhromorSen #ShayanSinha #Babui #BabuiPakhi #BengaliFolkMusic #Sarod #Dotara #BaulMusic #KolkataMusic #BengaliPodcast #IndianClassicalMusic #MultiInstrumentalist #BengaliMusic #Agomoni #DurgaPuja2026 #DevipakshaSpecial #Mahalaya2026
