Testing out Positive Grid's Reactor - Am I missing something?

I wanted to try out some of the new guitar tech that has come out recently as I prep to record guitar for my EP. First up, I'm testing out Positive Grid's Reactor. A lot of the videos I saw online made it look like magic. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but it struggled to recreate a number of guitar tones that I fed it.
