Why Minimal do Capsule Wardrobes Work for Busy People? Should you try a minimal wardrobe? Why do people love capsule wardrobes? It all comes down to what we know about choice.
First, a minimal closet helps to combat decision fatigue. You save your decision making brain 🧠 power for things that may matter more in your day to day life.
Second, a capsule wardrobe can help increase the satisfaction you get from each article of clothing you already own AND the satisfaction you feel when you do go shopping for something new to add to your minimalist wardrobe.
Last, fight the analysis paralysis that keeps you saying you "have nothing to wear" Feeling like you have nothing to wear increases the chances that you default to your one "go to outfit" and ignore everything else in your closet....or even worse, gets you out shopping for something new only expanding your closet of unworn clothes.
