Stop Waiting for a Convenient Time—Follow Jesus Today | Pastor Josh Howerton

There is one dangerous lie that can keep a person from God: “I’ll do it tomorrow.” In this urgent and powerful message, Pastor Josh Howerton teaches from Acts 24 and the story of Felix, a man who heard the truth but kept waiting for a more convenient time. Pastor Josh Howerton explains why righteousness cannot be achieved by human effort—it must be received through faith in Jesus Christ. Through the message of righteousness, self-control, and the judgment to come, Pastor Josh Howerton challenges us to examine the areas where we keep delaying obedience to God. Whether it is repentance, forgiveness, sharing the Gospel, confronting hidden sin, or taking the next step in faith, tomorrow is never guaranteed. Pastor Josh Howerton reminds us that Jesus took our sin upon Himself so that we could receive His righteousness. The Gospel is not about becoming good enough for God; it is about trusting the One who was righteous in our place. If God is speaking to your heart today, do not wait for a more convenient moment. Pastor Josh Howerton delivers a clear call: today is the day to repent, believe, obey, and follow Jesus. Don’t keep saying, “Tomorrow.” When God calls, the time to respond is NOW. #PastorJoshHowerton #FollowJesus #Acts24 #ChristianSermon #JesusChrist #BibleTeaching #FaithInGod #ChristianMotivation #Repentance #gospel #PastorJoshHowerton #FollowJesus #Acts24 #ChristianSermon #JesusChrist #BibleTeaching #FaithInGod #ChristianMotivation #Repentance #Gospel
