Exploring GORONTALO | North Sulawesis Muslim Majority Province 🇮🇩

Support the channel here: https://ko-fi.com/markymoves After some time in North Sulawesi, the Christian province of Sulawesi Island we headed south to Gorontalo Province, where the majority are Muslim to see what the region had to offer. We start the day off by taking a bentor which is a typical mode of transport in Gorontalo City. Sadly it's not very robust, so it did not manage to get us to the infamous whale sharks, but we made it there anyway. We visited some sharks that are living under questionable conditions. The price was a bit steep, but after traveling for 30 minutes you don't wanna leave empty-handed. We visited the village, full of kids and garbage everywhere, and met a bunch of kind people, including a gay stalker. It was definitley on my bingo card in a Muslim-dominant province. We ended the day with a mini hike and some football with local kids. All in all a fun day in Gorontalo!!
