They collect defective boards from factories and cut them into shorter pieces for further reuse. The customer operates a large recycling facility covering approximately 70 mu (about 4.7 hectares), with around 8,000 m³ of used wood-plastic boards on site. Before installing our longitudinal reciprocating saw, the cutting process was mainly done manually. With such a large volume of material, manual cutting was simply too slow.
