"A Simple Presentation into The Book of ACTS" - Chapter 13, Part 2 (b) - Bro. John "Ernie" Perez

Join us around the table as we continue this journey into the Book of ACTS.  Bro. Ernie continue into Chapter 13 a little deeper.  Get ready! The resurrection isn’t a vague spiritual idea. It’s a claim with witnesses, prophecies, and consequences. We pick back up in Acts 13:31-41 and follow Paul’s logic as he preaches Jesus risen from the dead, seen by many, and proven through the Scriptures the first believers already knew by heart. We connect Psalm 2, Isaiah 55, and Psalm 16 to the promise that God would not allow His Holy One to see corruption, then we talk about why that matters for real life faith today. Along the way, we share simple Bible study habits that keep you grounded: use a reference Bible, follow cross references, compare passages, and verify anything you hear, even if you love the teacher. We also point you toward free tools like Blue Letter Bible and Bible Gateway if you are building a consistent Bible study routine. Then the message gets personal. Paul says forgiveness of sins is preached through Jesus, and justification comes in a way the law of Moses could not complete. We unpack what “belief” looks like when it’s more than mental assent, why repentance is a response to God’s goodness, and why Scripture warns us not to despise prophecy. If you want an Acts 13 Bible study that ties Old Testament prophecy to the gospel of Jesus Christ with clarity, this one will give you solid ground and new passages to chase. Subscribe, share this with someone who wants to understand the Bible better, and leave a review so more people can find the show. What verse do you want us to connect to Acts next?
