One World Cultural event Born in Thailand and living in the United States, I never imagined that my travels through India would lead me to fall so deeply in love with the beauty, colors, music, and traditions of Rajasthan. 🇹🇭🇺🇸🇮🇳 What began as curiosity gradually became a passion for Ghoomar, the graceful traditional folk dance of Rajasthan. In this performance, I dance to “Ghoomar” from the Bollywood film Padmaavat—a song that brought the elegance and grandeur of Rajasthani dance and culture to audiences around the world. I only began learning Ghoomar a few months ago, so this journey from learning online to performing on stage has been very special to me. I am still a student with so much more to learn, but I dance with genuine love and respect for the culture that has inspired me.
