Compilation 2000 (Please Read Description)

Ah yes, the long-awaited thrust into the new millennium for this very nostalgic series. I'll be honest with you guys, of the years of videos there've been out there, 2000 is the one I've been the least looking forward to making for this series. Not only is it around the time things started to go downhill for my family, but since we owned the vast majority of the releases of 2000 on video already thanks to the Masterpiece Collection, we didn't buy these ones nearly as much. In fact, the only ones I remember owning before I started collecting again was Pocahontas II (but that's only because my sister lost our original copy) and Toy Story (which I genuinely don't remember how we got since we had the original one). So, forgive me if I wasn't as super eager to make this one, especially with the amount of films I had to go out and buy for this to even be possible. Anyway, for those of you who are new to the series, The Compilation Series is a collection of videos where I compile the trailers, bumpers and promos of a specific year, collection, franchise or period of time and put them into a large and relatively complete video format, with sections given for various things such as Theatrical Trailers, Home Video Previews and promos for Video Games and the Disney Parks. Since this is a Disney series, specifically, I focus almost entirely on those releases and boy did the year 2000 give us a logjam of titles to work with on this film. The films utilized in this compilation include but are not limited to the following films: Tarzan An Extremely Goofy Movie Buzz Lightyear of Star Command: The Adventure Begins The Tigger Movie Fantasia 2000 The Little Mermaid 2: Return to the Sea Toy Story 2 Air Bud: World Pup Winnie the Pooh: Sing a Song With Tigger Toy Story 2 James and the Giant Peach Special Edition The Nightmare Before Christmas Special Edition As well as the Gold Classics Releases of: Toy Story Mulan Pinocchio Make Mine Music Saludos Amigos The Three Caballeros Melody Time The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad Alice in Wonderland Hercules Pocahontas Pocahontas II: Journey to a New World Fun and Fancy Free Mary Poppins The Black Cauldron The Fox and the Hound The Rescuers Down Under The Aristocats Robin Hood A Goofy Movie This one was a true nightmare to put together, but not for the normal reasons. My editing software was a real pain with this one and the video conversion software I have has seen better days. This one might be the end of an era, as I'll need to get more software for any future videos. Hopefully, this holiday's compilation won't require as much hardcore recording and conversions. I'm leaning heavily towards the Supreme Edition of 1996, but at this point who knows. I'll see you guys this holiday season for the next one. I'm just hoping we don't have any debilitating Copyright issues for this one... but at this point who knows anything anymore...
