Hogwarts Legacy | Part Fourteen

We're finally back to the main storyline for this episode, and it's time for the third Keeper Trial! This time we're dealing with Niamh Fitzgerald, and let me tell you, this trial is a little different from the others. We get to use a polyjuice potion and masquerade as Professor Black before heading to his office. Whisper the password to get in, Interact with the book, and we get pulled into Niamh's trial. This trial has a pretty interesting twist. We're working our way through a dark, almost storybook version of the Deathly Hallows, collecting the mysterious Cloak, Wand, and Stone along the way. It's a nice change of pace from the usual combination of goblins, spiders, and dark wizards. The trial is much more about sneaking through the story rather than fighting your way through it, so we do our best to stay out of trouble and make it to the end for another cut scene. We're slowly piecing together the story behind the ancient magic and revealing a little more of the mystery with each trial. But we're not quite done for today. I decided to help Deek find and rescue a Phoenix. Now, I know I said I was trying to stick to the main storyline but come on. It's a Phoenix. I had to share. We track down the bird, rescue it, and bring it back to the Room of Requirement. And with that, we unlock the final Vivarium! I have a whole magical headquarters to maintain, creatures to look after, furniture to rearrange, and an ever-expanding collection of reasons to spend far too much time in the Room of Requirement. At this point, Viktor is going to need a vacation from school just to manage his extracurricular activities. So that's where we're leaving things today. Another trial completed, another piece of the story uncovered, and one very special bird added to the collection.
