I Took No Food – 4 Days Catch & Cook Survival by Canoe

I took no food and spent 4 days alone on lake Yarrunga , Kangaroo Valley NSW Australia, surviving only on what I could catch and cook. Traveling by canoe, I wild bivy camped, fished for survival, and adapted as conditions changed. On the final night, I built a pyramid tarp shelter using sticks and a tarp. No resupply, no backup — just a true solo survival challenge.
