Kyung Wha Chung plays Sarasate Caprice Basque Op.24

From Ms Chung's first recitial on British television in 1970. Anthony Goldstone plays the piano. Sarasate was never her favourite repertoire, so this is a rare occasion to listen to her Sarasate. There's also brief interview before and after the performance, which shows all the characteristics of the young Kyung-Wha Chung - girlish, dead serious (almost a bit nerdy ;), full of fire and caprice, music comes easier than words, and, as you shall see, a perfectionist.
