London Eye and Big Ben

The London Eye, supported by cables on just one side (the other facing the Thames) offers an eye-opening bird’s-eye view of London. A short walk away, you’ll find Big Ben, which is not the tower itself but the great bell housed inside it. The tower is officially known as Elizabeth Tower. Completed in 1859, it was called simply the Clock Tower until 2012, when it was renamed in honor of Queen Elizabeth II. ‪@slowwalker4560‬
