In this moment I walk barefoot from outside straight into the shop, noticing the different sensations under my feet and how the body reacts to every surface. Walking barefoot makes you aware of things most people do not feel anymore — texture, temperature, tension in the body, and how your nervous system responds. Sometimes it’s calm.
