Does Ezekiel 38 happen before the Tribulation—or after Christ’s thousand-year kingdom? This Bible prophecy study compares Ezekiel 38 with Revelation 20 and examines the condition of Israel when Gog and Magog attack.
Most end-times timelines place the Ezekiel 38 war near the beginning of the final seven years. But Ezekiel describes Israel as restored, prosperous, peaceful, and dwelling safely without walls, bars, or gates. Does that describe Israel today, during the Tribulation, or at the return of Christ?
In this message, we examine Ezekiel 38–39, Revelation 19–20, and the larger structure of Ezekiel to ask whether both passages describe the same final Gog and Magog rebellion. We also address the seven years of burning weapons, the seven months of burial, and the timing of the great white throne judgment.
