Adventures of Dino Riki - No Deaths/Flight

Adventures of Dino Riki is a weird hybrid of a vertical shooter with platforming elements made by Hudson for the NES. I always kinda liked it, even though it's brutally difficult and quite unfair at times. Here I manage to beat the game (ignoring the fact that it just loops at the end) without dying or using any flight power-ups. The ability to fly can make some of the platforming sections a nonissue, so implementing this restriction makes for a more interesting challenge.
