5 physics simulations, each one harder every round, and every bounce plays a note. Which one was your favourite? Comment 1 to 5 👇
1. Crusher press: every ball that gets crushed splits into 3. Four plates squash it to 4,679 before the circle bursts. Then one giant press, with bouncy balls and low gravity... 6,665.
2. Parabolic mirror: 1,110 parallel light rays, one mirror, and every single ray passes through the focus. Then a circle mirror: no single focus, so the reflections draw the bright curve you see in a coffee cup (a caustic). 4,110 rays.
3. Shrink ball, grow wall: every bounce shrinks the ball and grows the wall. No gravity, then gravity, then double gravity. Can the wall still fill the circle?
4. Doubling weight: 30 floors, and every floor it breaks doubles its weight. With less gravity it gets stuck at ×131,072. Then at ×268,435,456, two floors short. Full gravity: ×1,073,741,824. ONE BILLION.
5. Glass spiral: 29 balls, 1,200 panes of glass, and pegs that multiply the balls. Attempt 1 runs out of balls with 68 panes left. Attempt 2...

Every run is simulated, not animated by hand. The bounces play Canon in D, Ode to Joy, Für Elise and other public-domain tunes, note by note.
