Solid Rocket Motor Igniter Development

Even as I've continually learned and improved on basically every other aspect of solid rocket motor design over 7 years, I've essentially made the same igniters since the beginning. They work, but aren't very sophisticated or performant compared to really any other component of my motors. Now that @samaustin7952 and I have a 2-stage flight coming up, it is finally time to upgrade this part of the motor, including a new mechanical design, new pyrogen, and a burst disk. This video shows the new design and documents a few test fires of a motor similar to the sustainer motor for our upcoming 2-stage launch as we varied the amount of pyrogen used to get a rapid startup.
