Hanging on to Bail Money

The plaintiffs, husband and wife, say the wife gave the defendant money to bail her husband out of jail, and when the defendant got the money back from the jail, he didn’t return it to her. They are suing the defendant for what she’s owed. The defendant says the plaintiff told him she would pay him to help him out and never did. He is countersuing for aggravation.
