DawlessJam! The Box Is Blue

1010music Bluebox got a new firmware, and now we have sidechaining! I was so exited when I heard the news, and this is my first test of the new feature. There are some other nice new bits and bobs in there as well, but sidechaining is what got me most exited. In this little test jam I am ducking the bass and the pad to the kick, I am ducking the arp melody to the lead/acid melody, and also ducking the rides to the hi-hats. It works like a charm. It is also posible to trigger the sidechaining with midi and clock, but I haven't tried that yet. With eight tracks with eq on everything and reverb and delay on six of the tracks the CPU meter (also new feature) is hovering around 60%, when I open the eq page (which now has real time spectrum analyzer) it bumps up to around 70% so still a lot to go on. This is truly amazing, and I think the Bluebox is the best mixer for lawless setups currently on the market. #1010music #bluebox #sidechain
