Yamaha TMAX Clutch Pack Replacement, Inspection & Cleaning : Major Service : Part 7 : Very Detailed

In this video series, I'll be replacing the fuel pump assembly and doing routine maintenance to my 2011 Yamaha TMAX 500. The service manual recommends a major service every 12,000 miles and a valve clearance check at 26,600 miles. My TMAX is at almost 28,000 miles, and the last major service was at 12,000 miles, so it's time to dig in. In part 7 I'll be removing the clutch to replace clutch and friction plates and to install stiffer Malossi clutch springs. I'll show you the entire process in detail. Removal, cleaning, inspection, assembly and installation. Watch my foolproof method for replacing the clutch pack without worrying if you got it all together correctly.
