Filipino pancit Bihon / Pancit - smażony makaron po Filipińsku

I have learned this recipe from my Filipino friends and been making it ever since. My family and friends love pancit and I make it quite frequently for family and friend get togethers. The dish can be made using variety of meats and vegetables. It can be served as dinner or as a side. One thing is it tastes amazing either way. A must try!
