Software used: nicovideo-dl, FFmpeg, waifu2x-caffe, Adobe After Effects CC 2014 Original video source (512x384) http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm2617613 After cropping the frames to 512x288 (16:9) I upscaled them to 1920x1080 using waifu2x (Which took about two hours - this is a GPU intensive task.)
