KTM 1290 Superduke R - VS - Yamaha R1 at Thunderhill

I thought my fellow KTM riders might also enjoy seeing how the 2020 KTM Superduke R 1290 fairs against a Yamaha R1 going flat-out at California's Thunderhill Raceway (East track). I was happy to see how well the KTM does on the straights in comparison. Obviously it's slower, but surprisingly not that far off... For reference, the KTM is race prepped with the following setup: Stock motor running 91 octane pump gas Akra exhaust KTMs Akra tune KTM billet triple clamps MUPO Shock GP Suspension cartridges Michelin Power Performance Slicks DID 520 chain with 15/40 gearing (I don't use 1st gear) The Yamaha I know less about right now but I will update this: Superbike motor running MR-12 race gas
