⋆⁺₊⋆ 🎢 ⋆⁺₊⋆ WOW!! After 9 hard months of blood, sweat, and tears, I am so insanely proud to present to you: The Ballad of Hailrite! It has been an absolute BLAST to host such an incredible MAP, and I cannot thank my moderators, pre-production, participants, and backups enough for giving the MAP their all. The joy and passion shows through! - This MAP was concepted a mere 2 days after my first exposure to the musical Ride The Cyclone, a production put on by my college. Insane, I know! There was just something about the show that hit me on a deep level. Maybe it was the fairgrounds theming, maybe it was the deep and real feeling characters, maybe it was the dry and absolutely hilarious Karnak, who knows. I left the theatre knowing that I just had to do something with it. It was such a beautiful show, one I quickly gained an intense passion for, I just didn't know what. Enter: Pyrite and Hailstorm. Some of my favorite characters (character?) in Wings of Fire, and ones I see neglected throughout the fandom. I've never understood it, so much potential! I had put on the original cast recording on a whim, curious to see how it compared to the version I saw, when I had to pause. Before I knew it, I was reaching for my laptop to see if anyone had utilized The Ballad of Jane Doe... And the rest is history.
