Assassin's Creed Part 21: The Blockade

Altair finishes his investigation into Sibrand, Grand Master of the Knights Tuetonic and the man blockading the port of Acre. Altair infiltrates and quickly assassinates him, and is surprised to learn that he no longer believes in a god or the afterlife. After escaping he makes his way back to Masyaf. In the present Desmond is pulled from the Animus because Dr Vidic has a meeting to get to. In the morning he gets back into the machine and witnesses Altair regaining the last of his equipment.
