When You Can't Sleep at 4 AM...Go Photograph the Sunrise

Waking up at 4:00 AM with sleep completely defeated, I decided to grab the kit and head down to St Margaret’s Bay in Kent to catch the easterly sunrise and blue hour. There was no set agenda for the morning—just getting out by the water’s edge, setting up on the old pillbox, and taking in the coastal views as the shipping traffic, ferries, and light shifted across the White Cliffs.
