On the ground at Nandankanan Zoo, doctors remain on high alert as the youngest baby orangutan suffered a relapse of high fever, prompting the isolation enclosure to be completely secured with mosquito netting. Simultaneously, the Crime Branch STF has intensified its crackdown on the smuggling network tied to the Thar SUV (WB56T-0333). With the Digha hotel owner Joyanta Maiti and his son Soumyadeep Maiti currently absconding, STF officers have interrogated their family members for vital leads.
