Restoring the HVAC on my Porsche 996 BLACK FOAM ISSUE

If your a porsche owner from the early 2000's then you know about the black foam that breaks down. This foam is from the HVAC flap and when it falls apart it ends up going all over the car. It is also is sticky and can stain your carpets. To top that, when it is fully gone your heat and cooled air will no longer work properly.
