Pastor Speaks | You Are Not Starting From Empty | Pastor Yvonne Brooks

In this week's Pastor Speaks, Pastor Yvonne Brooks shares an encouraging message titled You Are Not Starting From Empty. Drawing from 2 Peter 1:1–3, we are reminded that spiritual growth begins not with what we lack, but with what God has already provided. Before Peter encourages believers to add to their faith, he first reminds them of their identity in Christ, the precious faith they have received, and the divine power that has given them everything they need for life and godliness. This message challenges us to move away from a mindset of spiritual poverty and embrace the abundant provision God has already placed within us. Spiritual formation is not about self-improvement. It is about partnering with the grace and power of God as He continues His transforming work in our lives. Be encouraged today. You are not starting from empty. God has already equipped you for the journey ahead. Key Scripture: 2 Peter 1:1–3 (NKJV)
