77" LG OLED Gallery TV Unboxing & Installation | Full Media Wall Transformation

From a 55" TV to a massive 77" LG Gallery OLED! In this video, we take you through this complete home cinema and media wall transformation from start to finish. We begin by unboxing the 77" LG Gallery TV, showing exactly what comes inside the box, including the remote and accessories. Before mounting the TV, we prepare the wall for the new media wall and wall slats. We hide all of the AV and TV cables inside the wall so everything can sit completely flush once the finished wall is installed. We also show the important measurements for the LG Gallery, including the measurement from the top of the TV to the bottom of the wall bracket and how far the bracket pulls away from the wall. For the installation, we use GripIt plasterboard fixings along with a direct fixing into the wooden joist to securely mount the TV bracket. We also remove the old trunking, tidy up the wall and chase cables into the brickwork. Next, we unbox and install the Philips Hue lighting system that we recommended and supplied for our client. We show what comes in the box, the Hue light switch, how it connects and how the different lighting colours look once installed. We also change the fuse to the correct 3A fuse. We then move onto the audio system, unboxing the Sonos Arc Ultra in White, Sonos Sub and two Sonos Era 300 speakers, along with the Sonos wall mounts. The Era 300 brackets are then installed, with the cables chased into the wall and everything prepared for painting. Next up are the wall slats. We show how they arrive, how they look and how they transform the finished wall. We then start building the false wall, with the framework, wall slats and lighting all coming together. Finally, we jump forward to the finished result. The wall has been painted, the wall slats are installed, the Philips Hue lighting is in place, the Sonos speakers are mounted and the 77" LG Gallery is ready to go. We finish the installation by mounting the TV, connecting the Sonos Arc Ultra and completing the final setup. And of course, we had to include the screen peel! This was a full start-to-finish installation with a huge amount of planning, preparation and attention to detail. The client was upgrading from a 55" TV to a massive 77" LG Gallery OLED, combined with a full Sonos surround sound system, Philips Hue lighting and a completely transformed media wall. The client was extremely happy with the finished result and actually left us a review before we had even made it home!
