LSA Supercharger Swap for Your Street SS or G8 - Part 1

This is part 1 of a multi-part series in swapping an LSA supercharger on your Holden VE or VF US platform - Pontiac G8, Chevy SS, and more. While my SS has already had a very stout LSA set up a few years back, I decided to take a different approach here and max out the stock fueling system to see what she does. This will most likely lead to an aux pump and ported blower, blah blah blah, but for now I want her to be fun and reliable...something the entry level shade tree can easily tackle.
