Ethics Informed by Insight | Dhammadipa | SUNDAY Sound of Dhamma

The meditation was a practice of mindfulness of the sense fields and their feeling tones. The themes of the talk were hate and non-hate, ways that insight informs ethics, and discipline within the practice. The talk mentioned Dhammapada verses 3 through 5 and Middle Length Discourse 21. The practice of giving and receiving has been a part of Buddhism since its inception.
