*Simple and Happy Rural Life in Northern Thailand 🇹🇭🌿* Here in Ban Wang Phai, in the countryside of Northern Thailand, we grow our own vegetables to eat. When we have more than we need, we share them with our neighbors who don't have gardens of their own. This evening, Mae Chum picked some fresh vegetables from her garden by the riverside and kindly shared them with me. I was so happy to receive them! I already planned to cook a delicious Thai curry with these fresh vegetables for dinner tonight. Many people come to tend their own gardens after finishing work, checking what is ready to harvest and bring home for a meal. It's a simple way of life, surrounded by nature and filled with kindness, sharing, and happiness.
