[60FPS] Onboard Rheostatic 465913 approaching High Brooms 20/06/17

20th June 2017- As part of a trial to see whether the Southeastern Fleet of Metro-Cammell built Class 465 & 466 Networkers can operate reliably with Rheostatic Braking enabled, 6 Class 465/9s have had it re-enabled as a test. Here's one of those - 465913 approaching High Brooms.
